Quick Drying PCB Conformal Coating

Promtech Acrysil is an excellent, extremely quick drying, 100% transparent Clear Lacquer. This in mainly used for Coating of Printed Circuit Boards ; for Touch-up and Reworking applications and for the purpose of Maintenance in Electronics Industry. This is available in 400 ml self Spray Aerosol cans. Acrysil is extremely quick drying, offers a tough coating & will touch dry within 2-3 Min. Over-coating, if necessary, may be done after 1 hour.

Acrysil offers an Instant Drying , adherant, 100% transparent, water and moisture repellant, very high gloss, Anti-Static Coating , has excellent anti-yellowing , good insulation, and excellent anti-corrosion properties.

The use of PROMTECH Acrysil needs very little skills to operate. There is no need for the messy operations like, thinning, spraying and post Cleaning of the gun. Acrysil can shall be used as per the instructions printed on the can. The aerosol can is used to the last drop of the. Acrysil Can has a shelf life of ONE YEAR. The Lacquer applied is very uniform, has excellent spreading properties & coverage of approx 4 M2 by single coat application. As a spray coating Acrysil is recommended for application on PCBs; All Metals Steel, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Copper, Brass, Wood, backelite, Laminates, Plastics, HDPE, moulded plastics, Television Cabinets, Metal tubes, Fabricated chemical Plants & machinery, Powder coated & anodized aluminium,  Metal Labels and printed labels etc.

Acrysil improves corrosion resistance, Gloss, beauty & durability. Acrysil has a salt spray life of 48 hrs + . It will offer 5 to 7 microns Coating by single spray. It has excellent adhesion to the substrate and Passes flexibility test. When not required , it can be removed by use of Xylene , Toulene or automotive thinners.

Promtech Acrysil has been tested for TOXICITY Test by the ITALAB, Mumbai.
It Passes the TOXICITY Test.

Conformal coatings protect electronic printed circuit boards from moisture and contaminants, preventing short circuits and corrosion of conductors and solder joints. They also minimize dendritic growth and the electro-migration of metal between conductors. Use of conformal coatings protects circuits & components from abrasion / solvents. Stress relief as well as protection of the insulation resistance of the circuit board is provided.
