Zinc Metal Spray ( Light Grey Finish ) & Zinc Bright Metal Spray ( Silver Bright Finish) are widely used as COLD GALVANIZING SPRAY PAINTS for Salvage / Repairs and Touch-Up for all Galvanized surfaces. These products offer to the coated areas of Mild Steel Fabrication and Galvanized Steel Fabrication. ULTIMATE CORROSION RESISTANCE Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Faces a few dis-advantages. Zinc Layer is very soft, prone to break or crack, and is removed easily during the process of WELDING and other engineering operations . This will damaged galvanized surface offers a virgin and ready
surface for corrosion to begin . Rust formation being a Sub-surface phenomenon, will tend to spread over the surface as well as from any of the damaged / scratched , un-galvanized areas, and rusting will rapidly propagate very speedily in the other coated & opened areas. The Rust formation and propagation is then un-stoppable.

The Spray cans are available in 400 ml Self-Spray aerosol cans , which are extremely user friendly, require minimum skills to operates , totally CFC FREE, RoHS Compliant and Very safe to environment and are confirming to most Indian & International specifications requirements. Aerosol can has a shelf life of ONE Year, can be used again & again ( when used as per the instructions printed on the can ) cover 2 Mtr Sq area and offer 18 - 20 microns of Zinc Metal Powder coating on the surface, is instant Air-drying, has excellent Scratch resistance & Highest degree of Anti-corrosion. Mimimum Surface preparation is required. For best results, the Surface to be coated MUST be totally free from Water, Moisture, Rust, Dirt & Dust, Oil & Grease, Paint, Lacquers & Foreign Matter sticking to the surface .

ZINC METAL POWDER RICH PAINTS are also available for the COLD GALVANIZING TOUCH UP applications. Cold Galvanizing Paints, are used by BRUSHING / by conventional Spray Methods.

Such Paints are economical, and these paint coats also form a PRIMER Coat for Mild Steel Fabrications . The 98 - 99 % Pure ZINC METAL POWDER coating of 20 - 22 microns deposited by the Single Spray , will Air Dry almost Instantly, and will offer a BRIGHT Shining Finish Coat, for protection of Steel Fabrication from Atmospheric corrosion. This coat also WORKs AS AN Outstanding PRIMER COAT, for any further Chemical Resistant Paint coats / Epoxy Paints and POLY-URATHANE Coatings and Chemical Resistant Paints to follow. This type of Paint will easily offer extended Anti-Corrosion Life of up-to 15 - 20 yrs These Inferences can be drawn from the SALT SPRAY FOGCHAMBER TEST results, which exceed 1000 hrs as per IS.

ZINKOTE - 20 is an excellent, extremely quick drying, touch-up, Zinc METAL POWDER (99 % Purity of Zinc Metal ) Rich Paint for COLD GALVANIZING of mild steel parts, offers ultimate corrosion resistance. much superior to the other conventional Zinc base paints which are formulated on Zinc Pigments, and not on Zinc Metal Powder. ZINKOTE - 20 much superior to the other conventional Zinc base paints which are formulated on Zinc Pigments, and not on Zinc Metal Powder.

Surface to be coated must be free from oil, grease, dust, dirt , rust & other foreign matters. Zinkote - 20 is mainly used as high degree Anti-corrosion application, aesthetics; for attaining high gloss and for Touch-up, reworking applications & for Maintenance of hot Dip Galvanized Tubes, Pipes; Angles, threaded portions, Beams, Channels, MS Gratings, Cable Trays, Screws, Fasteners, Nut & bolts washers, spacers & Steel Bldgs, Scaffolds & Formwork, Sub Station structures, Transmission Towers.

Zinkote - 20 offers a very tough bright coating & will touch dry within 2-3 Min. Overcoating, if necessary, may be done after 1 hr. This cold galvanizing coating can also be used as an undercoat as it has excellent adhesion to All types of Paints ,Lacquer, Epoxies CRPs etc. One Litre of Zinkote-20 will give 10-12 Mtrs Squares coverage and will deposit 18- 20 Microns coating by single coat Spray / Dip. The coated surface Passes 1000 Hrs salt spray test & has excellent anti-corrosion. The DFT will have 60-65% Zinc.

Vigorous & upside down shaking of the Jar is a must because High Density Zinc & Metal Powders settles to the bottom very fast. Insufficient shaking may result in UNEVEN COATING.
