: Paint Removers :
UNISTRIP D : Paint Stripper used by dipping process. Unistrip - D is a reddish brown liquid , and is a blend of Hydrocarbon solvents , and chemicals , having very high penetration & cutting power for the various types of Paints and Varnishes , lacquers and organic coatings. Unistrip D is to be used as supplied , without dilution. It is extremely suited for small components, Paints shop hooks, conveyer attachments, frames etc. The paint stripping time shall be generally 5 to 30 minutes, and will be dependant on the number of Coats of Primer / Putty / Surfacers and finish paints. The stripped of paint can be removed by a jet of water, and wiped with dry cloth / cotton waste. Unistrip D tank shall always be kept closed to minimize the losses due to evaporation. Prolonged exposure of Unistrip D to the atmosphere will reduce the stripping property of the product. Normal safety measures shall be exercised while using this product.
UNISTRIP B : Paint Stripper used by Brushing process. Unistrip - B is a clear to coloured viscous Gel type free flowing liquid and can be applied by brush for the removal of single to multiple layers of paints. Unistrip B is a blend of Hydrocarbon solvents , thickners and chemicals , having very high penetration & cutting power for the various types of Paints and Varnishes , lacquers and organic coatings. Unistrip B is to be used as supplied , without dilution. It is extremely suited for Automobiles, Buses, Ships , Locomotives, bridges ,Transmission towers & pipilines etc. Unistrip B can also be used for cleaning of Paints shop hooks, conveyer attachments, frames etc which have multiple coats of Paints. The paint stripping time shall be generally 15 to 45 minutes, and will be dependant on the number of Coats of Primer / Putty / Surfacers and finish paints. The stripped of paint can be removed by a wooden / Mild steel scrapper. The loosened paint films shall roll off with the scrapper movement. Unistrip B has a very slow drying action and will always keep the removed paint in wet condition so as to make scrapping very easy. Repeated application of Unistrip B may be done if found necessary. Unistrip B in Non-Flammable and confirms to the requirements of IS 430 & IS 431.Normal safety measures shall be exercised while using this product.

The aerosol can is extremely user friendly , removes all types of single / multiple layers of paint coats within 2-to- 30 minutes on application. Used at site, for cleaning ,maintenance and re-painting operations, during Shut Down maintenance.
